Meet Curtis!
Curtis, Wes Web's longest tenured employee, has a long history with Wes and has a unique path towards where he is now. His connection to Wes began back in middle school, when Wes was his youth group leader. Over the years, that relationship grew through youth events, small groups, and serving together at church. After graduating high school, Curtis began serving alongside Wes in the same youth group, learning valuable skills and building their relationship even more.
In 2024, Curtis joined Wes Web as an intern while attending Kutztown University, studying Business Management and Communications. During the internship, he built foundational skills and knowledge for digital marketing, and he now uses that in his current role on the team. Curtis is excited to continue growing his role at Wes Web as he finishes school and can’t wait to dive in even further after graduation.

Why Curtis Loves Wes Web
For Curtis, Wes Web’s culture stands out. He values the team’s encouragement, openness, and dedication to learning. Even in day-to-day tasks, he sees intentional growth happening, both for the business and personally.
Curtis loves seeing the direct impact of his work. Whether it’s the SEO content he’s written or the technical updates he’s made, knowing that those efforts lead to real results for clients is something he finds incredibly rewarding.
Professional Goals
This year, Curtis is focused on stepping into more client-facing responsibilities. He is working to begin managing client relationships directly, sharpen his writing skills, and continue growing in SEO strategy. He’s also working to level up his PPC advertising expertise to eventually run campaigns more independently.
These goals reflect his commitment to becoming a stronger marketer and a more valuable team member.
Personal Goals
Curtis is in the final stretch of completing college and looks forward to working full-time at Wes Web after graduation. Beyond work, his long-term vision is to build a life centered around faith, family, and meaningful service.
One of his personal goals this year is learning to balance all areas of life well while continuing to give his best effort in every area, including ministry, work, academics, and family.
Interests
Outside of work, Curtis is passionate about serving in his church’s youth group, and loves investing in students and pushing them to know Christ better, just like how Wes invested in him back in middle school. Other interests include going to Hershey Bears hockey games, watching and playing football with friends (Fly Eagles Fly), backpacking, and going on road trips to just about anywhere.
